If you are trading as a Letting Agent, Estate Agent, or Surveyor, you can join us as a partner. This will enable you to add block and estate management to the services you currently offer, while doing so under your brand name and in partnership with us.

With offices strategically located throughout the UK, Blocsphere provide property management services to the Block & Estate Management sector, for both residential and commercial clients. When we launched in 2013, our goal was to challenge an industry which was notoriously slow to adopt new ways of thinking – An industry where competitive pricing or transparency were nowhere to be seen.

By taking a completely fresh approach to Block & Estate Management, our “get it done” attitude and simple pricing have won us multiple awards, and have helped build Blocsphere to the success it is today.

We work on behalf of several different types of clients, from housing developers to residents’ management companies, looking after a wide range of different properties such as apartment blocks, housing estates, or commercial property such as retail parks or offices.


Staff Training

Blocsphere provide an initial comprehensive training course to your staff, followed by regular additional training seminars throughout the year.

Less Admin

We will look after much of the administration, payment processing, and legal work on your behalf. Estate Agents, Letting Agents, and Surveyors are then free to concentrate on the client facing side of the business.

No Restricted Territories

We know that you don't want to be restricted to trading only within defined postcode territories, and that you probably want to trade under your own name. This is why we have no territory restrictions, and allow you to use your existing branding.

Building Your Brand

Blocsphere function as a ‘white label’ back-office operation, with all client facing roles undertaken by yourselves. All invoices and other communications that we send out will have your existing branding predominantly featured.

Block and estate management can be a very lucrative operation. Not only that, but when you have some influence over the building and grounds, and keep both in good condition, it becomes more attractive for your existing customers looking to buy or let property.

How It Works...

  • You seek out prospective clients, using our online fee calculator to help you provide them with a quotation for your services.
  • We provide a lease review to determine the best legal structure to adopt for management of the development.
  • Once the prospective client wishes to proceed, we will arrange the management contract.
  • We will set up a designated client bank account for the development.
  • You would work with the client to formulate a budget for the coming year.
  • You carry out regular site visits and meetings, while arranging statutory inspections and maintenance requests.
  • We look after paying contractors and other suppliers you have arranged.
  • Each month, Blocsphere's fees are deducted from the client account, and the remainder of the management fees are paid direct to you.
