Thanks to our comprehensive training system, we really mean it when we say you don’t need any prior property related experience.

After you have found your feet with our initial franchisee training, we hold over 30 free to attend training seminars throughout the year, covering everything from refreshing your existing knowledge to changes in legislation / operating procedures. Our training seminars are a great way to ensure your branch staff are up to date without having to dedicate your own time to training.

Our Head Office is the financial, legal and administrative centre of our brand. With our dedicated legal department and national payment processing centre taking care of things in the background, our franchisees are free to do what they do best – Being the face of our brand and getting hands on with the developments we manage.

1) Check your area
With over 100 territories available in our franchise network, we are sure to have availability near your location – But don’t delay, they won’t be available forever! Click here to check availability in your particular area.
2) Information pack
Once we have confirmed territory availability in your required location, it’s time to find out a little more about our great opportunity by reading our free, no obligation Franchisee Information Pack. This will be sent to you after your preferred territory is confirmed as available.
3) Discovery day
Once you have digested our Franchisee Information Pack, it’s time to get to know us a little better by attending one of our discovery days. Held regularly throughout the year, our discovery days provide an opportunity to really understand how we do business, also giving us a chance to find out a little more about you and your aspirations. Our discovery days are the fist main step in bringing together our working relationship and ensuring we share the same goals, all in a relaxed atmosphere with free refreshments! 4) Relationship Interview
Once you have attended one of our discovery days, the next stage is our relationship interview. Only for those who are serious about progressing, this gives you (and us) the opportunity to find out how well we would work together. The relationship interview is held on a one-to-one basis with our Managing Director and other executives, so you can really get to know the senior management team who you will be working alongside. At this stage we will require a deposit to secure your interest in the franchise opportunity, before we can progress to the next stage.
5) Funding
Once we are sure that you share our enthusiasm for the brand, we will put you in touch with our recommended finance partner. With a 95% success rate in raising finance for franchisees, they can ensure you quickly secure any funding you are eligible for. Of course, depending on your personal circumstances you may not require any funding at all, or may choose to use your own provider.
6) Welcome on board!
Funding in place, franchise agreement signed, buckle up and lets get going! You’re now part of our growing nationwide franchise network, living and breathing the Blocsphere brand! We’ll help you each step of the way from initial training, to taking on staff, building your portfolio and maybe even acquiring a competitor business in your local area!
